Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug and test applications using Java, C and C++

• Implement standard design patterns and techniques where applicable

• Performance tuning, improvement, and implementation for high availability

• Install and deploy custom implementation at customer sites

• Prepare new employee orientation packets • Keep 201, 203, and other Human Resource files in order

• Assist employees with routine personnel related questions as the first point of contact for employee related issues
