Warranty on Hardware Products

  • 1 year
  • Warranty begins on the original date of purchase (commercial invoice date)
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

Steps upon receipt/notice of defective hardware

  1. Please notify and contact us within 10 days of the appearance of an inoperative system or system components.
  2. Neugent will provide customer with a Repair Warranty Authorization (RWA) number along with appropriate shipping address information.
  3. Neugent shall have to repair, replace, or refund only if the customer returns the defective product.

Warranty on Software

  • 1 year
  • Warranty begins on the original date of purchase (commercial invoice date)
  • Applies to failure to execute programming instructions (i.e.bugs)
  • Neugent warrants that the software or application in the original system is free from physical defects in material and workmanship.

Steps upon receipt/notice of defective software

  1. Please notify and contact us within 10 days of the appearance of an inoperative software.
  2. Neugent will offer updates or new set of installers to customers as soon as possible, depending on evaluation of software bug report.
  3. NOTE: Not all software complaints are bug-related complaints. Please ensure that you follow our instructions in our Installation Guides to avoid problems. Customers who DO NOT FOLLOW instructions will not be entertained.
  4. Warranty invalid if damage/dysfunction caused by improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
  5. Warranty invalid if software, media, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Neugent.
  6. Warranty do not apply to operation outside the product’s specifications.
